@wendyspwnsu wat part of the world are u from? cos im living in europe at the moment,, and i think the law ur saying only applies to europe,, i think also in america and some other countries aswell... but in asia,,wer i was from,,it is somehow tolerable in this type of cases...citizens somehow can take matters in their own hands... i mean,,why wud u wait for the police in such emergencies,, ryt?....thats why self defence and martial arts is popular there... :]
