words i hear in alot of your vids xD - thumbs up if you agree!!

  • your physique is just perfect, i really want to look like that but understand the immense amount of commitment it takes, i wonder if i have what it takes :0

  • Holy hell your arms are massive

  • Pre Exhaust excriese mean that you only use your chest muscle right? so how this push ups dont effect the tricep??

  • @TheMasterTori pre-exhaust means to tire the muscles out before the actual workout, we all know or should know that pushups are a compound movement, working the triceps, shoulders, and chest.

  • the cones, where can we get the cones?

  • So you do pre exhaust and post-exhaust when working chest and arms?

  • Where do you get those cones? I have not seen them before.

  • oh, what a great idea!

  • what body parts do you train together each week and how many sets do you do-thanks for your workout videos from a fan in ireland.

  • what gym do u go to?!

  • I need some cones at my gym. The ones at home are just not cutting it.

  • so thaaaat's where my cereal bowls went

  • cones help to decrease stress lol

  • he pre exhausts maninly to help his chest out, not because of boredom

most people do preexhaust work casue that musc group is weak or

needs some help, not saying tuan trans chest is weak, only prob with preexhausts is it weakens secondary supporting muscles, or exhausts them maybe too much!! aka delts and tris,

also try some blocks of 2x4s no shit , they work great in pushups

scrap pieces, dont lay em flat, butt on sides, i dont mean end grain eithers

  • why do you pre exaust?

  • good!! but i never seen this cones in my city!!

  • Record a clip that the most efficient push-ups! :)

  • hey tuan, ik your all natural, but do you take createne? i need to get bigger even tho im moderately big and im wondering about that subject.. if u could reply or msg me back i'd really appreciate it.

  • Thats a great idea for pushups! My wrists hurt and I hate those stupid bar things. WIll try!

  • what does pre exhaust mean?

  • @tx1117 pretty much before his workout i think

  • A question if I may on pushups. In this clip, you did 43 pushups in a minute, in another video I have seen someone did 70+ in a minute. Is the speed of a pushup important or is it the range of motion?

  • @HarryHayfield either works. Sometimes I just like to go as fast as I can do full to partials to completely burn out. Here, I am just starting my workout so I am trying to get better quality from each rep and for a moment at the very top, pose and flex my chest to get max activation into it and at the same time get the motor units around the muscle fibers in that area to fire. Also, I am warming up my bio mechanics so that on my other chest exercises, I can max the contraction in the chest.

  • @roughneckasian

Wow, whie you're at it could you say what you think about doing pushups really slooow like 4sec per pushup. Some people say that's the only way to do them while many people feel nasty discomfort in shoulders doing them so slowly. Thanx!

  • @HarryHayfield both are imo. The slower the movement on the negative phase the more micro-trauma you will cause and therefore the more growth you will stimulate. The range of motion will cause more muscle to be activated. If you only do half of what Tuan did then you will only be activating half of your muscles. Using pushups for a muscle building exercise I would say go for a full range of motion and AT LEAST 2 seconds on the negative phase.

  • @HarryHayfield how many can u do in a minute?

  • @roughneckasian you wouldnt mind if you LOST size? i dont get it when people say that man.. why would you ever want to LOSE size?

  • @JamieandhisIbanez not looking to be the biggest guy on the block. Being fit, athletic and balance is my goal. and remember, without good symmetry, it can cost you in bodybuilding even if you have good mass.

  • man .. i just wanna say that u're a smart guy and i love you .. *no homo* !

i think you should do more stuff with your intellegient brain .. like utilize it better .. cuz some stupid ass bpdybuilders has no brains but they win .. so ... u can be like i dunno .. write .. teach .. etc.. whatever .. get a degree and work + bodybuild ...

  • @alshares that was such an unintelligent comment in so many ways

  • @JamieandhisIbanez lol .. ok yes i know .. but .. u got me :) !

  • I like it. Would you know any methods to pre-exhaust the triceps or shoulders predominantly?

I usually do flys to pre-exhaust my pecs. I guess any isolation exercise would do it for Triceps/Delts? Keep up the good work buddy.

  • i'm not recommending that you will but if you did more enhancements i can see your triceps/arms becoming like roelly, levrone, or heath. you have sick natural arms (especially tricep) bro..thank your parents (partly... rest if your hard work)

  • @brensten32 • I will take that as a compliment but will stick to my path on natural training. Besides, I feel as if my triceps are too big as of now and would not mind if I lost a little bit of size there. Also, though my triceps have good mass, it overshadows my biceps which is not good for symmetry and unfortunately, I do not have genetically good peaks.

As for Levrone, Heath and others, I just hope in the end they can come out safe and healthy when it is all set and done for them

  • @roughneckasian How about a Tricep workout..I do dips right now anything else you recommend I am only twenty I am Lean as of now and I don't have a lot of weight equipment and plus I work.

  • @roughneckasian I know you advocate a natural approach to the sport of bodybuilding, but I was just wondering. Do you have any favorite bodybuilders in the IFBB? (both present and the past). You out of all people must know that it still takes hard work and dedication to be at their level, juiced or not. I'm just curious to whether or not you admire a certain physique.

  • @Smurfkiller878 I favor the classic bodybuilders. The ones in the late 60's 70's and up to the mid 80's before the bodies when from greek gods to use circus freaks. That is why I hope the natural movement will bring back those classic physiques. Just my opinion.
