morgan,have you ever heard about her feelings about Faith Hill, she said she would never be as great as Faith Hill and would never even come close . I like Carrie my self but my hero and favorite vocalist is Faith. I do understand how Carrie feels. Carrie does have great vocals,it would sure be nice if they ever did a record together. what a soulful record that would be. and she helped the Mcgraws raise money for the flood victims.

Carrie is the best in the business and for 5 years now has been untouchable! No other country artist has her total package: voice, grace, beauty, humilidity, charity work (animals, flood victims, kids), stage presence, sold out tours, tv special, #1 singles, role model, strong values, Opry member-why the hell did CMA's not nominate her again? Maybe cuz she's the two-time reigning ACM EOTY and CMAs are not taken as seriously? She was robbed, but we love her!! The nominations are a travesty !!

@morgan101967 , as I figured out why Carrie isn't nominated for EOTY at the CMA's because CMA's were embarrassed by the fact that when she first appeared on CMAs, she was a last minute addition, according to her label head, Joe Galante, they did to please him. Thinking she was a contest winner. And when she started to sing, there like oh, oh. She is better than they thought. And then when she won Female Vocalist next year, they weren't ready for her to win that.
