hey hey! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin lost lots of weight with it.
There is something very big coming to humanity and you better take exercise seriously (even if people say youre overkilling it) because these people only like you if you compromise... If you dont believe a 5th dimensional spiritual shift is coming, learn as much as you can about these people and only tell people online or you will literally become the next nailed to the cross/burned witch...
I couldn't help but laugh at this video. That is not athleticism. That's a bunch of people with eating disorders flopping around on trampolines like fish.
Thanks for the Video and bravo if this diet works for you. I tried a diet similar to this, low fat, lots of fruits and veggies, lots of carbs. I did very poorly on the high carb/low fat diet I was following. Some of the problems I had were, falling asleep or getting very drowsy after meals, extreme hunger, peeling/painful skin, very irritable, extreme-extreme cravings for FAT, depression......just to name a few. I do high fat and no/low carb, this is the best diet for me- no depression is great!
@tickyul You did 80/10/10 incorrrectly. You didn't eat enough. Why didn't you eat more if you had extreme hunger? Are you anorexic? Don't blame the superior diet for your own failures.
@LordAngus1992 No, this diet may work for some people, no diet works for all people. I did a similar diet and was eating close to 3000 calories.....felt like crap. I don't do very good with lots of carbs in my diet, makes me groggy and sleepy. I think this diet may be best for endurance athletes, could not see someone who requires a lot of strength doing very good on this diet.
@tickyul It will make someone sleepy, but it would be good for an endurance athlete?
Bear in mind that our similarities far outweigh our differences. The human diet reflects this truth. 80/10/10rv is, as stated, the species specific diet for humans.
Speaking of similarities, you say you have tried a 'similar' diet. I encourage you to experiment with the 80/10/10 Diet as it is outlined in the book.
@FoodnSport Man made huge advances in thought and reasoning when he started eating more animals and cooked foods. Meat, being a great source of energy, is generally recognized be anthropologists as one of the things that helped man make great advances when compared to the times when he was eating mainly lower quality foods. If I get drowsy after a meal high in carbs, well, that is a huge disruption to my life, lowers the overall quality.
it was amazing and great people!!!!! best week ever...dr graham is rockin...he could outlast anyone, like the energizer bunny!!! can't wait till next year...I am bringing my 9 year old son with me!!!

No offence, but they look like teenagers or persons that just got out of a concentration camp.
pscucailin 2 years ago

vicky2c 2 years ago

pscucailin 2 years ago
@pscucailin I agree. They look like holocaust victims.
landgabriel 1 year ago

Why isn't someone FAT?
owningownage 3 years ago
These guys are hard-code. Raw food only with 80% carbs (ie fruit) and only 10% protein and 10% fat. Oh and did I add they're also athletes.
MissyBelleSYD 3 years ago 2
whoops...should be hard-core.
MissyBelleSYD 3 years ago
I want to see an fat athlete! 10% fat and 10%. Is this the anorexic diet?
owningownage 3 years ago
no, read the book and you will now, and try it, it works great, and search for Charlie Abel, he follows mostly 80/10/10 to, and he is a bodybuilder
