Yea this clip is from the 2 disc "Cannibal Hollacaust" DVD.When I watched the movie in the 80s.My brother told me it was all real.So I believed him for the longest time..I do think in the original VHS copy the turtle killing and the muskrat (or whatever it was) killing was not in the original release The whole movie was banned.Me and my brother were really into late 70s 80s horror.We made our own movies.We were really into "Excorcist" kinda movies then I really got into cheesy Martial Art movies
