@trippinfun Remember it's $18 for 19 rps on an 8.4v vs $45 motor, which by the way has horrible trigger response, torque, and magnets. I have a G&P m120 motor in my M4 and it's running 27 rps on 9.6v.

350 fps and 25 rps isn't the most impressive speed. I have 22 rps at 430 fps in a JG m16a4 by just putting a 12v 7800 mah battery in it, once I get a mosfet and a new motor, it is expected to be around 30 per second

6 months and still running great. Mosfet in, 210% spring (2J, so 500 fps) in, metal rack piston, 12v 10400 mah battery, (4th pack in parallel) same stock motor and I am getting 20 rps at 500 fps. JG parts are very high quality, (better than many aftermarket parts and most stock parts) especially motors, pistons, and gears.

I'm moving to LiPo since they are cheaper... possibly a 14.8v once I get a mosfet that can handle 16+ DCV continuious. BTW nothing has broken.

not really ignorance as much as a couple of people give a company bad rep for something small (or they get a lemon or w/e) and then people spread it and exagerate it and suddenly it's considered crap since someone either got a lemon or did something dumb to it/with it or others took what they disliked and exagerrated (sp?) it.

There's alot of that going around so many manufacturers and aegs for no reason. Some of the china companies like JG had a rather poor start though.

Easily acheived in a vortex BBMG running co2 or HPA at 200 psi... 200 rps @ 700 fps.

550 at 30 rps is believable, I could drop a m160 spring and 14.8v 30C LiPo in my AEG and have 30 rps @550 fps, it's a simple raw power rof type of setup... My M16 pulls 20 rps @500 fps just fine. I am limited to 500 fps full auto at my field.

I have supercore in two of my highspeed guns, and they shoot around 30-40 bbs per second, I prefer the Angel high speed piston, as it makes the gun more reliable, as well as a noticeable boost in rate of fire.

like 23 with the super core i later switched out the piston with a lighter ca stock that i swiss-cheesed it jumped to like 25. the supercores are really heavy pistons so it slowed it down.

i dont have a supercore, but trust me i wish i did, my gun is a freaking piston hog - 1 to 2 pistons a week :) but it shoots 25 to 27rps and does swiss cheesing really make such a difference, ive never done it so i really don't know

Thats only 8 as to 7 that is already on a core piston. And if you use the right spring you dont need a mosfet for light engagement. And mine never strips my gears.The rest of the teeth are made of POM which are flexible and tough. And dont die or strip .

You can also look at the magic box, i recommend it over the core piston becaue it has 8 metal teeth and the back tooth is taken out for better engagment. Id say it is bet by, its material and life span. Ive used all.

that is intense. my friend had his custom built in japan for around 500 bucks and his still shoots a little higher witha 12 v. The only thing that can sorta compare stock is a kwa. They shoot close to 30 rps with lipo's.
