It only supports removing DRM from iTunes music file (m4p) and windows media player music files (wma).

no support for video files yet!

Since you download music from Napster, you don't need iTunes to convert the music. You can convert the WMA files to MP3 format in Napster software using TuneClone. The corresponding guide is available at TuneClone website.

Theres no dropdown box in the itunes preferences in order for me to change the burner..... it just says my CD drive.... Im using windows vista if that helps..... please help....

You may try to reinstall the program. But before that, you'd better uninstall the program from your PC.

whenever i convert music once it has been converted and i play it, it comes out quieter than the original is there anyway to fix this?
