@kaduzy Not really... Many authors are not satisfied with the adaptions and sometimes, the adaptions totally ruin the source material, and the author of this source material is assuring people that this movie won't ruin it at all."

@jeremymccovery exactly, steven king never likes adaptations of his book. Public/popular opinion says books are "better" than their film. The fact the author is endorsing this film will turn audiences on to it.
