If I took a raw beat like 50's go shawty and let someone listen to it for 3 years with no words but they danced to it, then I give them a sample with words, they are going to react differnt.then it's not stimulating the dance part anymore because the brain has to listen but it's harder for the brain to listen and catch things fully because the adrenaline is up? I've stopped listening to pop and rock on my own, for the most part. I usually listen to classical and world music now. It's just less vapid.
