what would be considered a base coat? would the clear nail polish be considered a base coat? and the two coats of white polish is it just clear b/c it doesn't look white.

@momoijisohma of course you can use a regular clear polish as a base, although there are specific products just for the base. the white polish I use at the beginning is not clear, it's just a sheer milky white polish
