@DarkHawk117 Yes, the male green cord that you plug into the female reciever that then goes into the tv's av input can also be used for any music device such as ipod, sansa, zune and more. Plug the male cord into the female output on your music device or computer, power it with the usb, and press play!

Really considering getting a gaming headset. Not only do I wanna get better at my games (COD being the main one). I can listen to game sounds right in my ears, rather than waking my family up in the middle of the night lol. And rather than keep buying those crappy £5 Xbox Mics that break after a week, and you have to speak really loud for it to pick up your voice, I can use these, where i can basically whisper and it picks it up, am i right?, another good thing for not waking the family up.

@TheAmericanDiablo That hasn't happened to me. You could have a short or something. If that's not the issue, it could be your wiring. Just unplug and plug everything back in. If that doesn't work then you have a problem.

@LandiconVideoPro You can hear yourself, but it's not annoying at all. The feedback is like a few milliseconds later. For example, if you say something you will not hear yourself a few seconds later. It's instant.

@AlexPR2123 It doesn't have to be your TV, but you're going to need some sort of USB source whether it be a computer, xbox, etc. They are powered by USB.

I got this headset not to long ago and for all asking about the game playing through the headset with hdmi, all you do is take the original xbox standard red White yellow input cable and just take the casing off, it still works and it makes it so the hdmi cable fits aswel.

@TranslucentBMX234 I used that method before I found out my TV had audio out. It was fine until I decided to switch sources while the Xbox 360 was on. Whenever I'd switched sources (like to TV or something) the 360 would reset! That was really annoying :(

@ecksteinJ34 They don't really annoy me at all. I sit 4 feet away from my setup though. Plugging in through the headphone jack should probably give you the best quality. In all of my experience with wiring, direct connection is best (no splitters, adpaters, or anything like that). So you should be good if you ask me. I prefer wired anyways. With wireless you always have a chance of interference which can affect the quality of the headset.

@smalltowntech If you want a really good headset look at some trittons there AMAZING i got the AX720s there durable and you can use them for ps3, xbox, and PC.

@smalltowntech It could work for the PS3 if your TV has audio out, but you wouldn't be able to chat. At least you'd get good sound quality lol. If you want a good PS3 headset I heard the PX21s are pretty nice. They work for both the 360 and PS3. They usually run for about $10 more.
