hmmmm you know Dan Inosanto also started training in Brazilian Jujitsu he has a black belt now after only 3 years of training for thousands of hours. He also holes Senior Instructorship in Jeet Kune do. Instructorship in Silat, FMA, Shooto, Muay thai, Judo, American Kenpo, and Okinawan Te
This is a great streat fighting system... however it is not that great for the ring because you need the bare Boney nuckles for a lot of these moves. the basic tenent of this system which made me adopt it as my own, is the Bone on Bone Destruction Technique, Which is much easier and effective for novice the novice to utilize is to: attack the incoming dellivery system {fist} with the small of your elbow. they are not expecting you to smash your elbow into their fist in mid flight.
I said it before that filipino bone on bone destrucion is one of the best street fighting systems in the world and i'll say it again. this practitioner has a lot more subtle tech. than i do. basically though any part of the bdy is a trgt.. the most usfull of the "moves" to utilize by the master and novice alike is to block the flying pwr pnch hay maker with the small of your elbow causing devistating damage to your assailants fist... basically though I love this guy for showng this unknown systm
This in my humble oppinion is the best street fighting system in the world, at least for me... I already utilized this tech.
naturally.. i thought i was so cool that if anyone tried to punch me I would punch them directly in the fist as hard as i could, because i am prpared for it and have more confidence in my own strength. it would break their hand "defanging the snake" This practitioner uses more subtle
sophisticated moves that would require more prctc ... basically trgt any prt of the body
I love FMA, the way it looks the way it destroys your opponents body. Its totally practical not fancy bullcrap just vicious street defense. Kali/arnis/escrima, Panantukan, Silat GREAT ARTS
Totally devistating system these arts the Filipino Martial Arts are what got me interested in martial arts in the first place, and the limb destruction part was what caught my eye
That picture of an asian man...isn't that Ip Man?

@elchacal31 - Yes, it is. Wing Chun is one of the arts I draw from, and I used to teach it publicly.

What a great progression! Professor Presas used to teach something like this except it was more broken apart than yours.
This must be what it's like playing at the master levels.
