I was taught by Marilyn Cooper. Outside of just playing the form, I have analyzed it over time from several angles and seen many versions of it live and recorded. The application of the chan ssu chin principle from the Chen plus the torso method and the practice of Kong Jing empty force meditation ( a method resembling the more simple universal post meditation ) has resulted in a much deeper understanding of the form as well as progress in the application of fajing. My form changed accordingly
Ich habe die Guang Ping Form schon seit 25 Jahren trainiert! ZZ bin ich pensioniert in den Philippinen uebe aber bloss 3 stunden am Tag in der Form Abteilung. Sie haben die Form gut vorgefuehrt. Ich vermisse jedoch die Arm-Koerper Verbindung. Ich habe unter anderem mit Master Jou Tsung Hwa trainiert. Ich wuerde Ihnen sein Buch" The Tao of Tai Chi Chuan" sehr empfehlen. In Taiji die Armbewegung kommt von der Rotierung der Huefte und der Armkugel und nicht vom Arm selbst. FB Karl Pflumm
