I don't have any memory of Moon Knight ever being involved with SI, however he is in the current Hulk book, which Hulk was not involved in SI as well.

Personally, I'm getting a bit fed up with both DC and Marvel, and it's not about animals. These days, it always seems to be one world-changing, cataclysmic event after another, and if it's not that, they're stories that lead into said world-changing events. Why can't they just make stories like they used to?

I ask, how could both of them satisfy your needs and continue big events like this?

I say do a big event like this every 5 years. So the build up and story elements can be there and between those 5 years have stories that have nothing to do with the big event.

Just my opinion though.

Yeah, I think people would like that. That way everyone is happy.

It would also allow writers to give the story more details and not contradict so much in tie-in books. So that way everyone is on the same page and the story makes more sense and a whole lot more fun to read.

SI wasn't bad but it was terribly mediocre, not too many plot twists and things of that nature that alot of people couldnt see coming.

Dark Reign has alot of potential but i'm not sure that its gonna bring it harder than the fallout from civil war/initative. The initative banner brought all kinds of good stuff with it t-bolts new direction, ATI. (New warriors could've been decent)

To clarify, TimeGem, I'm down with Marvel because one, it's going to be hard one the wallet since I just spent $4 I ended up hating. Two, the Iron Man fan in me is getting sick of Iron Man being a douche instead of being Robert Downey JR. Iron Man. And three, this series was nothing but cop outs! The Skrull Ship heroes were Skrulls and the others weren't, the real ones were ALSO in a ship, and Osborn TOTALLY stole Hawkeye's shining moment!

I've grown up reading Marvel since 1980. Sorry, I gotta applaud Bendis and Marvel for HOuse of M, Civil War, and now Secret Invasion. I used to get tired of the same ole stories that Marvel did in the 90's like (yawn) Atlantis Attacks. This is 1st time (other than House of M and Civil War) I remember a Marvel crossover having far reaching consequences. I remember people downing Bendis for Avengers dissaembled and we know where that went. Bendis is my favorite writer in a while for marvel

Emma Frost is a "good Guy" Loki stopped being a guy a few months ago. It has to do with the whole Ragnorak thing in Thor (excuse my spelling). You know how Thor came back? Well Loki came back..but as a gal. All of the Dark Illuminati are people that don't view themselves as evil. Ex. Dr. Doom thinks he is ok, but that the Fantastic Four are fools. same with Emma and Norman Osborn. Hence that's why Namor is with them.

I stopped collecting monthly issues May 07' because it got too rich for my blood...I rely on used trades via amazon. I stopped collecting Secret Invasion after issue 6 since I thought the story and its pacing was bad. The wasp death doesn't shock me that much. No SHIELD and Tony Stark unemployed?!! Guess Marvel fears losing readers.

Who's running things?! Perhaps there is another dark illuminati that hasn't been revealed. Perhaps The Master from Dr. Who is running the dark illuminati : )

Well the free preview that came with the SI #8purchase has Avengers: The Initiative #21 begining a story arc called Initiative Disassembled, so whether or not it's still in effect with Osborn's control (seeing as it was a major part in the Skrull plot)so it is possible Norman dismantles the organization.
