Basically the song hints the pain one gets when she is alone. The pain is compared with the stinge of Capricon. She hints that only the husband (the sexual partner) can relieve from the pain one undergoes while husband is not near. Though it relates to sex, the song is as far from the vulgarity as the sculptures at various caves in India describing the love scenes of Gandharvas.
