  • chinese star jasmine? tracheolespermum jasminoides or sim.... is this the plant "you can not remember" i just planted three fruiting varieties, i hope they never get that big, my neighbour would hate me

  • Aw man. I wish my passiflora looked like that. I have P.edulis but even after 2 years, I haven't seen a flower. :-(

  • Oh my goodness! You know how much you can sell these vines for? Here's a fun fact, you can use EVERY part of the plant for teas. It's a natural sedative. The flower petals are sweet and some people even smoke the dried leaves. Try dehydrating the leaves and flowers and saving it for teas. You can also use the plants while fresh. It's a blessing!

  • And I thought I had it bad... Get the hell out of there and nuke the site from orbit...it's the only way to be sure.

  • Is there a difference between passion flower vine, and the passion fruit vine? Sorry i'm confused. i wanted to plant the passion fruit vine because i like the juice you can make from the fruit. i've been watching different videos and now don't know if they are the same plant.

  • THANK YOU. I was just planning to buy a vine and plant it this spring. Now that I've seen your video, I think I'll plant something easier to control. I really glad I saw this video. Thanks again for posting.

  • @learningartagain he let it go apeshit wild. if you manage it it will not do this. lol.

  • I just bought 3 passion vines for my small back yard. Now that watching this video, I got worry. I think I will pull them up. Thanks for your warning.

  • LOL!!!!! LOOK OUT!!!!

  • Hi George. You do seem like a warm guy. Perhaps too kind. Your yard is beautiful, despite the vines. Perhaps some herbicides could do the work? Ones that grow into the vine like water and then kill off chunks of 'em? I just planted purple passionvine in Brooklyn, NY, on a lattice fence. I will make sure it stays in control. I love the fast growing resilient nature of the vines. I really feel like they're alive and I love checking every day to see how much they've grown.

  • lol. You let it get a little out of hand huh? lol. I just sprouted one Passion flower edulis, and after reading up more on it, it says your suppose to prune the plant a few times a year. so that it doesn't go wild.

  • what fruit is it the passiflora ligularis
