The only way you will hit 320 hp, at the CRANK, is if you have a bunch of other mods under the hood because a headers back exhaust, with great air flow, will only bump you up to 275-280... And that's at the crank... Throw in a cold air intake for another 10, NWP spacers and VIAS block-off plate will give 10-15 more, and you're still short 15-20 HP... I'm not saying your car isn't nice, because it's a damn good looking car but I think you're not being very realistic about your numbers...

Depending on if you live in the States or not. It cost me 1300 tax in for the Cattman headers and Y-Pipe with a high flow cat, and all tha gaskets. But I live in Canada so shipping for me was almost another 500 bucks more.
