@ilovegod300 hey thanks,,,wish sometime soon there could be tapes of mj and scottie in practices going at each other.Always loved hearing how mj would storm off the court when phil would take him off the winning team and put him on the loosing team,or how the practices were a much better game than some actual game nights with other teams.Would love to see pip shut mj down or mj lighting up pip defense.Mj and Pip had to bring their A game. They need today's duos see the ingredient for success.
At 2:56 listen to what the commentator said of Pippen.Every hater and all those Michael Jordan lovers should watch this vintage video of Pippen.Jordan never made Pippen .Pippen had talent and atheltic abilities and knowledge of the game and was showing greatness in defense already something he mastered as the years went by.Jordan and Pippen both needed each other on the practice court to achieve the greatness that they accomplished. They both complimented each other like no other duo in the NBA.
@Trinimanfreddy very, very true....now what Jordan should be given credit for regarding Pippen showing how competitive he needed to be in order for the bulls to become champions.....but as far as the talent, Pippen had that on his own
@scorpionJB thanks scorpion,,,watching vintage pippen videos I don't know how nba fans can say pippen would not have been a superstar type player without mj.In my opinion he surely would of been a much more exciting player than barkley, ewing, miller, kemp or any of the 90's ballers.I've watch videos of pippen in the earlys hitting shots from everywhere on the court, creating his on shots post up shots.I'm guessing mj's shine was way too bright that pip just didn't get notice by fans.some of us did
@Trinimanfreddy I definitely agree...every time jordan won a title, pippen was there...people over look this one point...game 5 of the 91 finals, when the bulls beat my lakers.....Jordan scored 30, Pippen scored 33....that's very telling...
@ilovegod300 Gotcha. I can't give LeBron the respect I give Pip & Bird, or other legends for that matter. The main thing that dissapoints me about LeBron (aside from his cocky attitude and lack of humility) is the fact that his shot is so inconsistent. The true great players (outside of center) can all hit shots in their sleep. LeBron cannot, and that is what bothers me about him.
@ilovegod300 Agreed. The only small forward I probably would put over Pippen would be Larry Bird. He played solid on Defense and was a shooting expert. Great player all around. Very hard to compare Bird and Pippen for me. I love both of them
@ilovegod300 There is only one God and His name is ALLAH and Jesus(pbuh) is only a messenger but one of the greatest.

Pippen could have been a much bigger star as a rookie , but the Bulls held him
back because he was stealing some of Jordan shine and they couldn't have that .
Pippen definitely one of the greatest to ever play the game.

Anyone agree with me DeMar DeRozan and Scottie Pippen both played and looked alike in their Rookie Seasons???!?!

Pippen best small forward ever

Cool how MJ got the rookie to come out of his shell and show the talent Chicago saw in him in the first place.

@spitnificent: Which was only possible with one who had great talent himself - Scottie Pippen.

In da replay of da baseline drive dunk, u can clearly see his feet were still inbounds. Terrible call right there.

Excellent upload! Doug Collins' first ever Playoff win. Pippen player of the game! This speaks volumes.
