Religion & Science.... ehhh, Science wins! The rest... just bullshit to keep you doing things that make you lazy and give your irresponsabilities to some being. GROW UP, will you!?!?!
@GokzTT well yeah because they were forced to be one or die. Nowadays scientists NOT exposed to other faiths will end up believing in the only god available to them... hence christian god and turn to the bible and blah blah. However this occurs because science cannot explain everything, but the more they are exposed to other faiths, the more they can understand or theorize the wonders of this universe.
@javierchile88 What?! That's such stupidity you inflicted there, look, were these people forced? Nicholas Copernicus (1473-1543) Sir Francis Bacon (1561-1627) Johannes Kepler (1571-1630) Galileo Galilei (1564-1642) Rene Descartes (1596-1650) Isaac Newton (1642-1727) Robert Boyle (1791-1867) Need to go on?
@GokzTT what's the point? Whether they believed or not, it doesn't matter. The point is science is based on experiments, over and over it is confirmed whether done now or 100 years before and after. And religion is only based of beliefs, philosophies and more thinking. Thinking is futile in the spiritual path. Only action.
@GokzTT haha I'm not saying they are opposites. I'm inferring their differences. Atheism is not right, yes. But neither is blind believing. Experiencing and experimenting with your own life is the only effective spiritual path.
"Science does not deny religion, most good scientists were good Christians."... That's because they lived during the times where religions dominated. Being a member of a certain religion simply depended on which part of the world there born in. Also, anyone going against religious teachings was punished (including scientists, like Galileo or Copernicus)... which is not the case today. Religion is OK with science as long as it doesn't contradict the scripture...kind of sad.
Sure, I suppose (although the idea of a 'free will' under God is questionable) but what does that have to do with anything? What does 'choosing a religion' have to do with the topic at hand, i.e. science vs. religion?
@GokzTT yeah but u just said that religion came before everything, and now u said nature worship... by who? so not before everything... OMFG thats why i hate religions... its one or the other
Fucking hilarious. Loved it.

Those people had a thought, they didn't think Atheism was right, that's the point. Don't say science and religion are opposite.

@GokzTT I don't believe in anything, I only live. Not easy, but worth it.

That's true, but we have free will right? An African or Arabian, which are away from white culture, can choose Norse Paganism, it's freedom.
