It is most likely incompatible with CS5 cos he says it's for CS4 and CS5 is not backwards compatible.

1) The only way i can put the presets in a video is with Adobe Bridge... Is there a form to add them in after effects without opening Bridge?

2) When i put the preset i have a kamehameha... But what do i have to do to put an Energy Ball, O a Genkidama, for example?

@speedracer940 here bro i will help you :) its not a word document ^^ it just looks like one so go and copy it then put it in your C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CS5\Support Files\Plug-ins\Effects ^^ then just hit paste after your done start up your adobe after effects then in the effects and presets area type in energy and you should see energy blast 3.0

@Enforcer2811 hmmm thats strange let me see alright try this way instead ^^...well try opening up your windows explorer then go to OC (C:) then go to your program folder (NOT X86 JUST THE REGULAR ONE) then you should see adobe (keep in mind your just cutting and pasting the file your not opening it or copying it) then go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects (whichever version you have CS3-4-5 whichever one :D) then \Support Files\Plug-ins\Effects just PASTE IT then you should have it^^
