You don't get it dude. We all use these types of compressors at one time or another. Real belt drive compressors run almost silent in comparison @ 3am.

did they read the manual? most compressors like those tell you to have the drain valve open for the first 20 minutes while the motor is running. It's called the break in procedure.

Those are noisey compressors and they tend to overheat, you need to get a 2 stage compressor that you can change the oil in.
