lol dude. Armature also has "Bone heat" function, so your mesh will also deform along with the armature. Do not worry, after you learn how to use armatures you would be surprised how u cant go without it!

nice one but if you want to animate that model how do you do it??? because if you do it every time in edit mode you would have to been desforming youre model evry simgle time todo an action and if you do it wrong... you can brake youre model!!! how do you animate youre created model please i need to know it!!!!

This is perfect...but do you have the normal speed version. I cant seem to get how you did a few things at the beginning. I see you added subsurf and subdivid smooth but after that I dont see you going to any menus..

whet he did too was extrude very important with the e key select only edges and he selected faces and delet them what also is important if you delet a face and want to have it back t click on the 4 vertex and press f key to make a face to those selected verex
