I can tell you I do not think it's from Elfen Lied. In Elfen Lied the only girls who have pink hair are dicloniouses, they also have to have horns. The other people have normal colored hair. That girl has pink hair-but no horns. Which could leadme to believe she is
from a different anime. Also that in Elfen Lied the people's hair are differently designed. Their hair looks like real hair, it has strands and different shading and lighting. I haven't seen her in the anime. So it's not Elfen Lied.
