You need to drop the weight and stay in the 5-8 rep range, if you are bodybuilding. Make sure the weight is controlled to, you are not controlling the weight at all. Also i do bodybuilding 315lb bench,450lb deadlift, 375lb squat.

you're not hurting yourself, your introducing the weight to your chest and shoulders. Don't go higher until you can get 8-10 on these but GR8 JOB!!
