  • She must have collagen injections in her lips.

  • @MuscleJacker This is from long before collagen injections became popular. Her lips are natural.

  • I have the 45, 1981

  • i'm 52, but i don't recall this song. i don't think our stations played it and i wish they had it. i only discovered this gem about a year ago. i love it now and would have loved it then. i wish this kind of music had a chance today.

  • @eydie57 - This song came out in 1981 and I believe only got to #39 about May of that year; hence the lukewarm or non-response from many radio stations. Many songs that made it big on the pop singles chart around that time were either ballads or 'catchy-pop/rock' tunes. Remember disco had imploded by then and there was no real direction as to what the next trend would be. I also think that a song such as this had a little too retro (for the time) 'feel' to it.

  • I liked that song when it came out, and I still like it:)

  • Should have been a bigger hit. A great pop song.

  • With the state of limbo that top-40 radio was in back in 1981, I think that this was a record which many stations wouldn't take a chance on. This may be despite (or because) the song had what I'll call an early 1960s 'feel' to it. While this song came out at the end of my high school sophomore year, I'm not so sure I recall it. Even so, at that time I'm almost certain I would've written it off as 'cheesy-pop rubbish'.

  • I think they are trying to be a little cheesy, and "campy". Bottom line, it's a great pop song. It could be a hit today.

  • Wow. Very rare! Thank you.

  • Thank you for the upload!

  • Nice!
