ive done some digging and apparently it went final build on the 4th. i think it takes 2 to 4 weeks for certification and to get the game up and running on psn and live so there you go. however there is a date on the back of the german version of gamesTM that says the 25th so it could be then ok

Believe already there is no date! The game is finished and is being tested if all the achievemts and all work fine and theres no telling how long it will take.When thats finished it will be downloadable

Free code is for a free copy of the game. You have to redeem the code and then you get an email. The thing is you can't play until the game is released.
