  • ...as long as your not running on concrete its actually really great for ballet - it builds you stamina and lengthens your muscles (long distance running) many professionals are also avid runners. :)

  • I went back 2 dance last Saturday after a 4 week break found really hard to be able to do what I could do at the end of last term

    I found my muscles got really sore very fast and I spent Sunday with tense muscles xx

  • @hannahb195 you just have to regain the strength that you lost! taking ballet classes will really help this!!!!

  • I just took a big 2 month break from ballet and tonight I had my first class it felt like 2 years I hated the big break we should just take a small break like 3 weeks
