Watching the first bit of this, I can't figure out who's who. Does ANYONE speak English? I did hear someone say, "Shut the hell up" and "Shut the fuck up" but, other than that, I can't understand what they're saying. @dinfg6 I wouldn't doubt that. I've been out of California since the end of 1995 and it's kinda hard to tell anymore who gets treated better - the crooked politicians or the slimy celebs. I don't know who Meg is but, I did read that Brown is running for Gov. Trying to unseat the Terminator. Is that the same Jerry Brown who dated Linda so many years ago? All of that aside, I wish they'd load a CANNON with the book, stand them all up and literally SHOOT the book at them all.

this lady was saying racist remarks against our friends from Lebanese descent. she was saying that she wants all the council but she didnt want "terrorist". I told her that was wrong and she was being racist. She told me she didnt care and then I remembered she previouslt came twice to defend Jacobo but only got to speak at the center. Then on august 4th when they brought the new city attorney Teresa's Daughters where saying racist remarks again. it tells me more about jacobo and her views

@spraymalathionjerry Look at Vallejo in Northern California we went bankrupt because of Mayor Osby Davis and City manager Gary Cloutier did not put more oversight on the Fire Union Leader, Police Union Leader and School Board Leaders. These union leaders are the highest paid City Union Leaders in Northern California. They Made more maney than those in San Fran, Oakland, SAC, San Jose and Napa Combined. These U Leaders are the most Corrupt in NorCal. Cont.

@dinfg6 Youu don't want to get me started on Union corruption. We had four union firemen who retired locally, who will get a total of 1 million per year between the four of them. $250,000 EACH! Ex Sheriff and convieted felon Mike Corona in OC is getting nearly $250,000 per year in retirement money. Many teachers get over $100,000 per year in retirement and say it's not enough! The public workers unions are bankrupting California and don't care.

Also You got to see that the Vallejo City Controller got arrested in Bell in 2007 for DUI the same way that Rizzo was Arrested in OC for DUI. I noticed something strange here I noticed the Vallejo Budget Scandal and Bell Scandal becomes big headlines right after the City Controller gets arrested for DUI. I think My City manager bribed the Bell Government once he told the Bell Officials that he was the highest paid city manager in NorCal and the Bell Officials ran with Vallejo's Playbook.

The unions bribe officials for more money, then make sure the same crooks get reelected, and so the cycle goes. Except we are nealy bankrupt as a state. The only good thing about the state going bust is all these payouts will have to end.

The Problem here is that the MainStream media and Blogging media in CA are only focused on Corruption in Downtown Oakland, Downtown LA, South Central LA, Downtown San Fran, San Diego, Sacramento and San Jose. The problem is the Blogging media is not focused on Small Towns in CA like Vallejo, Bell and others mainly because the attitude is that a small town can't bankrupt the state. Well Bell and Vallejo budget scandals have proven this theory wrong.

Within 10 years, the pensions of all the public workers will hit the state budget like a tidal wave. Teachers and cops can now get over 100% of their salary when they retire. Many of them are only required to put in 8% to get back a whopping 108% for the rest of their lives. Where do the officials think this money will come from?

@spraymalathionjerry We people of the state of California have to acknowledge that Texas is going to over take CA for the 7th largest economic spot and since 2003 during the Gray Davis recall I heard that CA Corporations are moving to places like Texas, Arizona, Nevada, China and Mexico. 2 Do these places have better budgets than CA?

@dinfg6 You are correct. Texas is actually hiring people right now. Many CA businesses have left or are leaving to go to Arizona, Utah, and Nevada. They are all more business friendly. In Texas, they actually balance their budget. China is giving us lessons in how to be good capatilists! Since Gray Davis, every single year California is at least 20 billion in the hole, and they just keep on deficit spending. Sooner or later, it's all going to collapse on them.

I applaud you, City of Bell, for not going violent on this idiot. Yes, even though she's too blind and stupid to see and only cares about how Teresa helped HER, the city decided to present facts to her without going violent on her and he police did a good job of escorting her out. Congrats, Bell.
