Interesting, certainly, and worth looking into. As far as him being able to 'kick people out,' he did rephrase saying he asked them to leave. That they would do so is actually believable. Obama's just another figure-head anyway, and appeasing members of congress on small things like this does often get them to shut up. Whether everything this senator says is true I'm unsure, but it does certainly fit with the other unlawful actions by previous administrations.

First they would lose any and all federal funding for hiways,schools,banks,etc. Then they wouldn't be allowed to enter any other state without passports. Then God forbid any crime would happen. There would be no police to help. No firefighters to put any fires out. Don't look for the national guard to help if mother nature should strike. Yep that state would fall in less than a year!

It is amazing to me how Obama is carrying on Bush's policy of no border control between the US and Mexico. Part of this is what is explained here but I think a lot of business people want to break the wages structure and unions here in the US. If you want to improve profits if you are a construction company, hire illegals and if they get hurt, they won't run to OSHA and you and I pick up the cost of their hospitalization. How does it get any better than this?

When that $4/hr worker is here, who pays his medical bills? Who pays for his childrens' educations? Who pays for his auto accidents? Who pays to have him sent to prison if he breaks the law? You do.
