Well, first of all, this is an extremely high level of play, but not the highest. The world record had 36K time point on this stage. (Either way it makes me feel bad about my own skill.)

Actually, it's in Boss Mode. You can do that with replays. It speeds everything but the bossfights up.

Also, he fast-forwards before the boss, thats why everything looks like it's going so fast.

This game is a top down 2d shooter, a great one actually. If you have played any in the past, you will know what it's all about. If not, try one in the touhou series (this game is a part of that series)

Marisa Stole the Precious Thing was based off of that. IOSYS mostly bases their songs off of Touhou music, for example, Necrofantasia and Border of Death.

yeah 25k seems pretty crazy, but I have a replay on my computer (not mine) that got 25k too, except this guy went into the spells starting with around 5k instead of 14k... so 30k+ is possible I think.

Yeah, I find Reimu's spells to be easier than Marisa's.  I think she's more dangerous when she's NOT using a spellcard. But Reimu's Spells are SO cool to look at. The first one she dishes out is my favorite.
