  • @TheWbruun Explain why you say that? It's not really a Parkour workout, but it is conditioning for Parkour, so by your judgement I don't really think that you're a traceur, or can do a single one of those shown in the video.

You even do it wrong to run over to an object and jump on it and jump down from it... your breakfalls are wrong... Its normal workout, some of what you did is even pole dancing! Nothing to do with training of parkour.

    It says they are training Parkour, obiousvly they made the video to show how to train before doing Parkour / Free Running. Or they made the video and that this was Parkour / Free Running But it's correctly this is not Parkour / Free Running.
