Iphone 4s is a beta run for siri. I have the Verizon Iphone 4 so it wasnt worth an upgrade just to have a improved voice control system. And since mine is the verizon spec i have the same "good antenna" as the 4s.

If I had an iPhone 3GS, I would upgrade to an iPhone 4 over the 4S. The battery life is better and the camera isn't a huge issue to me. As for Siri, you can download Dragon Go! from the app store for free and it does about 85% of what Siri does, only on any iPhone.

I hate how people complain about new battery life. Guess what, the iPhone 4 had 300 hours when tested with iOS 4 not iOS 5. With iOS 5, the notifications use up the battery so you should test how long the iPhone 4 lasts with iOS 5.

I'm still feeling the disappointment in your voice with no iPhone 5! What is the one thing missing in the 4s? Probably screen size but you have the iPad and don't forget that it's a telephone with gadgets. How far can a telephone go with upgrades? I mean do you want it to put nails in the wall and trim your beard? It's getting harder to please the spoilt it seems! Great vid as always:-) +1

battery life is the same as the iPhone 4 and beats it in some areas, the standby time is the only drop, and tbh standby time in hours is stupid, they should change the measure to days...100+ hours just sounds good lol...tbh I've had little issues with battery life with the iPhone 4S

@DRBUK battery life is no where near the 4. I fully charged the iphone 4s last night and with some normal usage, its totally drained. My iphone 4 was never this poor.

Parked the car up the other day, dropping a PC back in to a client. Popped the 50p into the slot and as usual, I set an alarm to remind me to run back and put more money in the meter.

Usually, i'll open the clock app, click and scroll up and down to get the right time etc... but this time without much thought (just felt natural) I told Siri to set an alarm, and two seconds later it was done, and I was on my way!

It's when you have a use for something, that it actually seems good!!!

I think there needs to be a jailbrake app to down clock the dual core processor, something like setcpu on android so that battery life is better and speed doesn't need to be this powerful on ios when not much has changed in terms of software on the os itself and apps.

Hi :O) to all 4S users, you will find that your battery is getting a good workout. If you disable siri's proximity sensor this willl help a great deal. Here is how: Settings-->General-->Siri-->Ra­ise to speak TURN THIS OFF

1. When the screen is off, the black and white (IMO) doesnt go well together

2.When on, there is a black border which (IMO) doesnt look as good

3. The proximity sensor is visible
