Man. When I played FFV for the first time and got to that part, I was ROCKING OUT. I intentionally took extra long to finish it so I could hear the song extra. Which was ironic because the tone of the song is clearly trying to create a sense of urgency.

It's called "Clash on the Bridge" from Final Fantasy V. It's commonly referred to as Gilgamesh's theme though.
