@Abhorrence9 i agree!!! i'm a guy and i had to wear a dress in public because i lost a bet and it was sssooooo fun... i'd even do it again!!! in fact that is what i'm doing for halloween this year!!!
The movie is called "Hawmps" (1976). I recently rented it on DVD from Netflix. It's a pretty good slapstick comedy. The woman is running down the street. She trips and falls face down into mud. (That's why she's already a mess even prior to the molasses.) She ducks off to the side of the street and... well, you see what happens.
I would love to be there...she is beautiful and then its hot when she gets covered in Molasses.
