There could SO be a spinoff. Let's say Marty screws up by letting George hit Biff.  George decdies he likes being empowered so he becomes a murderer who stalks everyone who has ever picked on him. Marty goes back to 1985 where his fatther is in prison so he has to go back in time to convince him not to kill people otherwise, his father will face the electric chair.
