presents the Past as a Prologue to the future exploring the usefulness of military history while illustrating remarkable individuals, leadership skills and contributions made by the USA Army. The Iron Warriors highlights the fact that today’s soldier is required to function in many sectors and expertise levels in our global environment and thus their unique ability to transfer military skills into the private sector job market.
Well i know I was right because my dad was a E7 and went to Warrant Officer School in Arizona. He skipped Warrant Officer 1, and went right to CW2, retired at CW3 was offerd CW4 (highest at the time) to stay another 3 years but after 21 years he was done with military life. He was in Military Intel. I personally dont like how they are still under the ranks of the 2nd and 1st LT, but a Warrant Officer is a rare rank that only special people can achieve.
God I'll miss the green uniforms!!!!

It's a mistake. The video was probably edited by Air Nat Guard personnel who don't know the Army ranks well.

@1ownjoo2 Thanks, you are both correct. I should be, according to the AP Stylebook, "Chief Warrant Officer" for the CW2.
