as for needforspeed underground..EA took a step outside the "normal" take on cars and gave you a real underground feel with the cars and the story...even though it was an "in track" game..but NFS UG2 changed every thing and gave you open world...

the only NeedForSpeed game i will ever respect from EA are: NeedForSpeed Underground 1 and 2. and then Most Wanted....and maybe Carbon, after that, EA feel off the fan base and decided to go with theyre "gut" instinct...

i personally think that the need for speed HP games should stay separate from the rest cause they are strictly "in track" games...their really isnt any open world in it.

I disagree.

Underground 2 was a great game but the city was too small.

Carbon was everything U2 + introduced Autosculpt... I had a nerdgasm...

With Undercover they opened up the gameplay and gave us endless miles of road ways but they lost the "back alley" feel that Underground 2 had.

I'd like to see them start with another version of undercover but with carbon style gameplay. Then have expansion packs with new "small" towns and roadways to play on. Get away from the tracks...

NFS 3: Hot Pursuit and NFS: Most Wanted will remain the best ones from my list. Although I wish had added to NFSMW the police chase feature. Where players can be the cop car and have races were all that matters is who escapes the police pursuit race first, like NFS: 3. Give us another NFS: 3 HP Modern!!! :)

Totally true... I got all the NFSes from NFS 1 till NFSHP2, and I got MW and Carbon, and I have played shift. MW and Carbon are too short, easy, and could have been more arcade-ish. NFS Shift is too realistic, handling sucks, the driving line thing sucks, cars suck, effects suck, NFS Shift sucks with about everything, it's just like a giant vacuum.

NFSMW by far the best NFS and the longest one

NFSC Same graphics as NFSMW (but in night) and with a really short story

NFSPS That game started to went the NFS to bad...The gameplay sucked like other aspects wich include the LEGAL RACING.

NFSUC They tryed to go back to the classic NFS but they made it too quickly and the gameplay sucked (again)

NFSS Not bad game but the fans wants the classic style

i liked underground 2 and MW, the following games suck imo. i want to get a new most wanted with more cars more tuning stuff (only whole body kits in MW wtf) and a bigger map + a nice online free roam mode with intense cop chases, good graphics and no lags, espacially not offline.. so if you read this EA develop this game pls but not in 1 year. develop it over 2,3, or 4 years i don't care, but i'm sure you got what it needs to make probably the best race game ever. none of that commercial shit!!

tbh i dont like EA too much, yeah there a hug company and have made huge games, but they really know how to get your money, like the sims, how many add ons did they make and con everyone saying sims 2 was the last sims ever, and then release sims 3 missing stuff from the sims 2 expansion packs. also i remember buying bf2142 as one of my first pc games, and the amount of bugs in that thing as soon as it came out, they release stuff way too early. but what can you do, if you want it, u buy it.
