ive been natural all my life (my mother hates the thought of changing hair texture. she's from the virgin islands and had bad experieces with perms and such)

but she used to grease my scalp with Blue Magic so my hair is not as long as it should be because of breakage.

can you send me the ingredients and such?

    hailleemason@live.com

  • @xlDesired Hi! I sent you an email. ;0)

  • @purediamond79 Hi! As this is an all natural product I'm sure you can use it on children's hair. This is what ThatGirrl5 (the creator) uses on her daughter's hair.

  • Hello! Just a quick post. I love your hair and what you have been doing with it. I went Natural about 3 months now, I did the drastic change CUT off all the hair I had. I really would like to know the products you use for the coconut cream relaxer. Thanks and God Bless. Q

  • hello harmony, I've been following ur video's for about a month. I've been natural for 2yrs and i only wore my hair out for 3 days bc i wasn't confident. i was about to perm my hair last month bc i had no idea of what to do with it. i logged into you tube and stumbled over one of your videos and i followed it step by step. for a month now I've been wearing my hair out and everyone loves it. thank you so much. Now i'm ready to try something new and i would like to know the ingredients and steps.

  • Hi Can you tell what exactly this does to your hair please?

  • I actually found a yogurt made from coconut milk, so I think it worked great, and my hair felt very soft afterwards! Thanks again!

  • Harmony! Has this deep condition process changed the texture of your hair at all? I want to try, my daughter is protein sensitive so we no longer use the TightlyCurlyMethod by any stretch of the imagination. My child's hair is to her waist and so much hair came out I could have made a lace front wig! We cried and ran to salon for trim of 3 inches and Aphogee condtion. Please keep me updated. Will try on my hair monthly due to color and 3 times a year on my daughter.

  • @earthlycolorbrown Hi Earthy....this is an all natural product so there is no way it can alter the texture of your hair. Have you tried it yet?

  • Hello! I wanted to know where you got the coconut cream relaxer? What brand is it and do they sell in the regular stores?

  • @MiZzLiSe Hi this is not something that you purchase in a store. I can send you the ingredient list if you send me your email address.

  • Love your vids thanks for posting! Quick question... I'm vegan and would prefer not to use yogurt, do you think soy yogurt will have the same results? Seems to me that the yogurt is used for the protein, and soy yogurt has tons of protein. What do you think?

  • @JizaNYC I think soy yogurt would work fine! ;0)

  • Thanks! I'll let you know how it turns out! I love your hair! Hearing your voice makes me homesick for NYC! Thanks again!

  • @JizaNYC yogurt has the active cultures in it that's probably what helps to soften the hair down. Unless soy yogurt has active cultures it may not work. Did you try it? If so, how did it turn out?

  • u mean RUSTIC BEAUTY..lolz

  • i just love your vids. thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with us.

not too long ago Rustic Beauty stopped using those products because they are not all natural even though it says organic/x. she is going towards the more ALL natural.

just a thought but ultimately we all have to do what works best for our hair type.

  • so did your hair ever went back to its natural state... Like when you never did the coucunut treatment,,, because i dont want to texturize my hair.. Oh does it leave your hair feeling dry

  • Hi Jesus...thanks for stopping by. This is an all natural concoction. You can eat the ingredients. It never altered my curl pattern...just increased the moisture level in my hair and made it easier to detangle over time.

  • There are other scents in that line of shampoo & conditioner. I have the coconut as well as the mango. There are others, but I can't remember what they are.

  • It said organix but have you looked at the ingriendents in those products!!! NOT NATURAL AT ALL!!!!:)

  • Hi Creative...thanks for stopping by...when I did this video I really wasn't looking for all natural products. Currently, I'm moving toward that trend...but I still use this product and it has not stunted the growth or health of my hair in anyway. ;0)

  • Gorgeous Hair

  • Hi Harmony,

Enjoyed watching your video and love your hair. Could you please tell me what products to purchase and how of each to make the relaxer. Also, I'm located in England, do you know if items can be bought here? Your help is appreciated. Thanks from another natural sista!

  • Hi Jaci...thanks for stopping by. I sent you an email.

  • Hey Harmony, I love ur hair please send me the information about the coconut relaxer!!

  • Hi Miss...Thanks! Send me your email address and I'll forward it right to you. ;0)

  • Hi,

I would like to try the coconut cream relaxer. Can you give me a list of products you use and step by step instructions please.

  • Hi! Can I have the complete directions. I would like to try it!! My daughter and I have coarse/kinky/dry hair. Almost closer to yours....You have been very helpful!!

  • Hi Disco...I sent you an email.

  • is this a real relaxer or just an deep conditioning treatment.

  • Hi Alison, thanks for stopping by...it's not a "chemical relaxer" however it does relax kink or curls for easy detangling overtime. My hair is so much easier to detangle..as I apply it monthly.

  • quick question.. how is the smell of product.. because i am not a big fan of coconut oil smell... so can i know how it is...thanks

  • Hi Tune, thanks for watching. If you don't like the smell of coconut oil, then you're not going to like this. You can always use organic extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil.

  • OK, thx Harmony I think I've made up my mind to use it!! My hair is usually a bit corspe as well, so as long as it's 100% natural. and Ihave that same shampoo and conditioner, so thx a lot!!!!!!!!!

  • Her name is RusticBeauty!

  • i love RusticBeauty's videos. omg her hair is gorgeous!

  • heyyy does this natural relaxer wash out after a while?? do you have the new growth like a regular relaxer??

I guess i'm really asking if it permanently changes the curl pattern of your hair???

Trying to find a new hairstyle for myslef so your help would be GREAT

  • this is not permanent, at all

  • just a little info on organix coconut milk. it isn't organic and also it contain proteins. so be careful because if you use too much protein it could cause your hair to become brittle.

  • Hi Apatte, thanks for the advice. I use it once and a while. I like my Neutrogena products better. I use Organix just to complement the coconut cream relaxer.

    ;0)

  • I use the same brand conditioner(not the shampoo) but I use the shea butter one...it has stop alot of my itching scalp..so great video peaceandluv

  • could you find that shampoo/conditioner in a local store/

  • Hi Kiwi thanks for watching! Yes, Target, Walgreens, Rite Aide, Duane Reade, and CVS sells it.

  • Excellent video! Can't wait to see the end results.

  • i would love to see how your hair looks after shampooing and conditioning!

  • thank you for posting this!
