I've never tried pineapple juice to soak my apples in before. Great idea! I've used orange juice, and that also works really well. I guess anything with some vitamin C would work.
I've given quarts of dried apples as gifts to friends. They're great on trips! Everyone is always impressed with how delicious they are.
Awesome ideal, I like dehydrated fruits but I guess I did not think the process was that easy. I read a comment that said my favorite store has the peeler. Its Harbor Freight time. How much did your dehydrator cost?
@krupter Yep just checked it is the clamp version but it was $5.17 online. Oh well it will be the next one i get after this one craps out. Thanks for the heads up.
cool! is there any way to do them without the equipment? also can you do more rabbit videos? - by that i mean how to kill/skin them. id like it if you can show how to kill them with least amount of pain say you were hunting and hit it wrong with the bullet and didnt kill it so you can break its neck or something can you show that please?
@cianw10 You are going to need a food dryer of some kind but you could just cut the apples up with a knife. Probably not gonna do anymore rabbit dispatch videos as there are already lots of them out there. I choose to use the pellet rifle so I DONT have to break there necks or club them in the head. Both of those methods work great and are fast deaths but the neck break is not easy if you do it by hand. If you try it, practice on a dead rabbit to figure out the technique.
How long until the dehydrated apples go bad?

The vitamin C in the juice prevents the apples from turning dark color. You can use lemon juice and a pump sprayer also. Thanks for the video.

@ImRamro Yep real easy to do just takes time. Drying frozen veggies is even easier. The dehydrator cost me $180 on ebay with shipping.
