  • Thank You , Really MUCH From SINGAPORE !!!!! XD

  • @CutieLovesYoux You are welcome. :)

  • Thank you from Russia!

  • @Iii803 Hello Russia! Thank you for watching.

  • OMG!!! This is sooo cute! I'm definitely going to try this! :)

  • My husband wanted me to make him one when I first watched this, a long time ago. I did not think I could do these, but I will now!! His b-day is the 25th, so I'm going to try my hardest!

    You're so awesome. :)

  • Thank you so much from ITALY!!!

  • @inachisiopulchra You are welcome.

  • Could you please explain how you did the foundation half double crochet without using a chain? I've been trying to copy what you are doing in the video but it's not turning out the same :(

  • @JennyLeAwesome I will send you a video link to the foundation half double crochet.

  • I really really really want to try this, too bad i lost my crochet needle :\

  • I'm not sure but I can't find the "top decoration" for the cupcake on the right side? I only can find how to do the cherry.. and I were wondering how to do the other one. Could you please show how to do it? :)

But I have made my first cupcake (with a little cherry), and it is super cute. Thanks for this tutorial! :)

  • I love this.... it's a bit hard when u do the quadruple, but, the effect it gives tu the frosting.... it's .... adorable... Thanks a lot for the video... !! <3

  • @LadyRowanCullen You are welcome. You can mix and match stitches if you prefer to do something less challenging

  • @tjw1963 hi

I'd like to make cupcakes for my classmates for Christmas because they love the real ones.

Could you tell me please how long it took you to make one Cupcake?

    thanks

    DieDrachenkaempferin

  • @DieDrachenkaempferin It might take at least an hour or so

  • @tjw1963 ok thank you :D

  • this is a great tutorial, the frosting is giving me a hard time. I think its because I cant really see what your actually doing because its white yarn in addition to me being a beginner lol but I will keep practicing.

  • Hi I can not access to your blog and I really want to make this amigurumi for my little sister for her birthday, i dont know if you can send me the pattern or something.! I would really appreciate it

  • how can i make the cupcake bigger? i want to make a cupcake pillow for my bed :D

  • @Sayomi123513 yeees.!! mee tooo

  • It's great to see the instructions. But if you find it too tough then check out Pebble Toys on youtube or the website at pebblechild where you can buy hand knitted cupcake rattles made by a fair trade non profit organisation.

  • @pebbleHathayBunano I dont think you get the point. 1) its not polite to advertise on someone elses video. 2) we dont want to buy the cupcake, we want to MAKE the cupcake.. hence why we are watching this video.

  • @pebbleHathayBunano Here, we like to make it ourself

  • What is the most used crochet hook???

  • i just finished making my cup cake and really wanna eat it now lol. thanks for the tutorial..ill try and make a vid response so that you can see my final work. =)

  • @ally786 I will be watching for your video.

  • I made one for my boyfriend :)

  • Do you have a tutorial for a laptop skin or cover whatever it is..?

  • What do you do with all these things!?!

  • @mariamanzo24 I still have most of everything right now.

  • Love this Teresa! This cupcake turned out just darling and it was really easy and fast to work (well it was easy after watching the video, lol). Thanks again--I am off to start the Ogeechee bear!

  • @vlpwby Great to hear it turned out for you! Have fun with the bear!

  • I Haven't Crocheted Since Age 6

I'm SO Excited To Start Again

    Thnx For The Tutorial

    x)

  • How do I keep my needle from getting stuck in between the yarn? I ALWAYS seem to have that trouble. My yarn unravels and I have to start over. Help! :-/

  • @kittypixiepal You may be crocheting to tight. I suggest that you loosen up your grip

  • @tjw1963 Oh I see. Would it also have to do with the thickness of the yarn? I noticed on the package labels that it indicates a corresponding needle.

  • ماشاء الله ممتازة الطريقة واضحة وبسيطة جزاكم الله خيرا

  • I do like most of the videos of this series. Aside from that it's not often you see tutorials for something like a cupcake and I'm grateful.

My only issue with the video is the fades. It happens in the most random spots and, unfortunately, some of the most important ones where sometimes you need to watch reeeaaallly close to see if you're doing a stitch right.

Other than that, I really do like the video and appreciate you taking the time to make them.

  • I love all of your videos! They're so creative & helpful :D

  • Soooo cuuute ! I remember in middle school, one of our vocabulary words was crochet and everyone thought it said crotchet xD

  • @IceCreamBunny14 I get some spelling like that from time to time! Quite funny!!

  • I would love to send a video, but don't know how to do that?...However if you like i can send you a pic Via-email... I can do that?! .... You will love how beautiful my cupcakes came out... I would love to show u a pic.

    In the meantime.... I will ask my daughter to teach me how to be abe to share with a video. (-;

  • @yolandamergil You are welcome to post images on my Facebook crochet page. You can find the link on my profile channel page.

  • I made Several in different colors, They are cute and makes a wonderful converstion piece. All my family and friends compliment me and want me to make some for them.

I can't do that, Im only one person. However, I do have my set! (-; Easy pattern!!!

    Thanks Teresa!!!

  • @yolandamergil You are welcome! Please take a video of your cupcakes and post as a video response.

  • @tjw1963

I would like to send you a photo? if that is ok with you.

  • @tjw1963

I could send you a photo, if you don't mind...I don't know how the video works.

  • Oh how cute!!!

  • @allensgirl99 Thank you!

  • Hi Terea,

This cupcake is so sweet :) Thank you for the video.

I would like to make a swirl icecream for my daughter. Could you help me with that, please? There isn't any video or pattern, how to do it. Thank you

  • I'm sincerely thanking you for so generously sharing all of your crochet patterns and techniques. Can’t believe all that you’ve posted.

  • Hi Teresa!!, im making this for sale but don't know for how much i should sell them :-( any ideas on how much?

  • Really cute,

But that is not a half-double crochet. You don't pull through one loop first and then the others. You pull through all three at one time.

  • @Janiceelaine16 When you are making the foundation stitch, you pull through one first and then all three. If you notice, I did not use a chain to start.

  • Hi Teresa, i really like the video it's really good. but can u tell me the size of the finish product. i'm going to use this as a 1st birthday as favors. i'm watch the video everyday to get it right

  • @chinafreak808 It is approximately 3-4 inches tall. I do have a smaller miniature cupcake posed as well. Let me know if you need help finding it or search for miniature crochet cupcake.

  • Hi Teresa, i really like the video it's really good. but can u tell me the size of the finish product. i'm going to use this as a 1st birthday as favors.

  • @Christopherslady Thank you!

  • OMG!!! These look sooo cute!!!! this is totally for advance! I wish i could do it but im just not getting it! :(

  • I couldn't sleep, so I worked through this tutorial while watching Firefly. It turned out so cute! I absolutely love your blog and your videos. I had learned to crochet incorrectly several years ago. You've retaught me! Thank you so much for your blog, it's the most helpful resource I've ever stumbled across. :)

  • I always thought this stuff was easy but this looks bloody complicated! lol

  • @Leanneldok21 You don't have to learn everything all at once. I will sent you a playlist with the beginner stitches

  • This is so adorable.

  • @mishyprizes Thank you

  • what do you do with them

  • left hand version please... =]

  • @melgurlie I will look at my file to see if it can be converted to left hand. I do have the mini cupcake posted in left hand version.

  • Thank you very much for the quick response - looking forward to attempting this SWEET project ;-)

  • I would love to attempt your cupcake pattern but when I tried to access the pattern the website required a cell phone # which makes me uncomfortable to give out. Could you email it to me?? Would greatly appreciate it :-D

  • @Curlyhairedgirl83 If you are viewing it here on YouTube or my crochet blog, you are not required to submit any private information. You could have started out on another site that pulls in my video content. I have nothing to do with those sites.

  • i made this and it turned out so cute! though i occasionally find it in my cats' water dish.

  • I love it... But I'm not good at crochet yet... Do you have somthing super easy I can do?

  • I love it, i don't drop by as much as i used to, but i'm still crocheting at least once a week, and this pattern was fun!!!!! Thanks for all you do :-)

  • @tjw1963 It's a commercial of a baby in one of those walking contraptions on wheels zooming at like 90 miles an hour across the country while the background music is this annoying high pitched song that only bearable once but now that I see it on nearly every video I look up these days It's very old. You don't even know what the product is until the last like 5 seconds.

  • Can you make a pillowghan? If so where can I find a pattern. thanks

  • What is that needle your using? It doesn't look like a normal needle, atleast I've never seen one which can be used with this yarn. I'm new to this so it's all rather unknown to me.

  • @darkestrose2005 If you are talking about the needle I use to sew, it is called a tapestry needle. It has a dull point.

  • thumbs up if you had a baby commercial on a roller thingy rolling everywhere x] or if you had a commercial at all:D

  • I don't have the pacience for this....

  • @zebadiahc I can send you a video for a hat or something easier, if you are interested. If you have never crocheted, I will send you the beginner playlist.

  • @tjw1963 Er, OK! I need the beginners because I have only watched one of my friends take some neon green yarn and making a long piece of cloth out of it with a mechanicle (spelling FAIL) pencil... lol

  • @zebadiahc I am sending you the playlist with the beginner stitches.

  • @zebadiahc Click on her name to go to her channel, and find the beginner items. Is it really THAT hard to navigate youtube?

Alternatively, you could challenge yourself for once and just try to do it. It might be super hard and turn out horrible, but you'll learn a lot from it.

  • @tjw1963 can you please send me it ? ohh and i want to learn how to make baby blankets for my little baby cuzin, shes 2 weeks old & im 14, im a benginner and very new to this. thanks <3

  • Ahh :D I just made my first cupcake!! I didn't have any red yarn for the cherry so instead I took a piece of pink ribbon and tied a bow on top of it. It's super cute!! Thank you for showing me how!

  • @XoXomyranda That is a great idea!

  • How do you make the magic ring? :(

  • @littlemsvulpix I will send you the tutorial for the magic ring.

  • this had inspired me to start crocheting!!! omg thank you =)

  • @wewachywachy You will have fun! It may be challenging at times so don't give up.

  • I have a question. Do you think I can use the top of this cupcake to make the top of a cupcake hat. I like the puffy effect.

Your videos are great! I don't know anything about crochet and this videos are wonderful! Thank you!!

  • My frosting doesn't want to form a little rounded shape and it seems much bigger than the paper bottom. Can someone help me?

  • @vocaloidfandub1 It is a little bit larger than the bottom.

  • @tjw1963 Ok. Thank you! I already figured it out and it looks a little awkward. But I kept on doing it and now I got it! Thank you again for your wonderful videos!

  • @sparklesmagic Thank you! Even though you are watching right now, you will learn some techniques through watching. I have some easy patterns like hats and the basic crochet stitches if you are interested in giving crochet a try. Let me know and I will send you the links to the videos.

  • hi can you make a vid. using 6 size and 1.15 mm please

  • thanks i made a small side beret with a huge cupcake in the middle and those vanilla and chocolate biscuits around the edge! Its something lady gaga would wear! xY

  • @xcrochetcrazyx It sounds very unique!

  • These would be cute if they were had a squeaky in it for my puppies just a idea!

  • @AKingZWldAQu33nZUnVZ You sure could put a squeaky in the middle of the cupcake.

  • Instead of doing the magic circle for the paper bottom and the other parts of the cupcake can i do something else? I cant do the mc yet.

  • @claysbaby2008 You can always chain to replace the magic circle. It will just be an amount of chain that you think all your stitches will fit. Maybe a chain 3 or 4, then join.

  • my cupcake bottom is way too small for the sides :( what should i do?

  • Is it possible that you make the sides to large? The bottom is supposed to be a little bit smaller.

  • muffin top! aren't muffins suppose to overflow?

  • It depends on how full you fill the cup for both cupcakes and muffins. I have seen both that are flat and both that over flow.
