I am not from the US,and we still don't watch new Melrose Place here in Serbia!...But I was a huuge fan of old MP when I was younger,and I can say that I don't find this spin off very attractive.Old MP was quite original stuff and with this new setal they tried to copy lots of shows that happened meanwhile....

of course there's no theme song, they'd rather use that minute for advertisers. soon we'll have a 30 minute show, 30 minute ads in one hour. and they wonder why people don't watch TV anymore.
