New Album is one of the best I have heard in a very long time. Thank god someone is out there putting out new music. I love jam bands, but I need a band that can play songs as opposed to just letting it rip instrumentally. Dont get me wrong, I love to hear a band jam, but I love the Crowe's songs; don't care if they jam a lot or not.

So the big question for us BC fans, is were Before.. ranks among other BC records. I still have Southern Harmony #1, followed by Shake and By Your Side. Warpaint is solid and Amorica was great. Least favorite is still Three Snakes.

Been a Crowes fan since I was 13 (20 years ago). They are a constant revolving band, which is their greartest strength and sometimes weakness. Until... has some unbelievable songs: "Good Morning, Apaloosa, Hiding, Houston, and A Train .". is probally a top five all time BC jam. And then there is " Last Place Love Lives" which is simply chilling. Love it when its real, long live The Black Crowes.

I agree with you CapeBretonerinOttawa , they sound here like The Band, I wish I could see them In some of their USA concerts, I saw them in Spain last May, and the shows are completely different.
