And Ichigo went full hollow for orihime and she gave him strenght.

And so what if she "just heals" thats better then what rukia does. without orihime we would of said bye to bleach ages ago. And think of it like this Orihime is the support and rukia the guide. Ichigo needs orihime&rukia.
