Did you know that in China for example, Christian religion grows really fast. Different then Islam, there are more people commiting them selfs to Christianity. Freedom doesn't mean Western Liberalism - to Muslims the word 'Freedom ' means freedom from being controlled by foreign powers. The biggest Islamic parties and movements also use the word 'Freedom', so do the Taliban, and one group is even called 'Hizb ul Tahrir' Party of Freedom/Liberation.

Democracy was implemented in the middle east in the Early 20th Century, these dictators were the result of that process. Muslims want free elections in order to vote in Pro-Sharia parties, like the Palestinians did with Hamas, and the Algerians did with FIS, and Turks did with Rafah etc etc...

Problem with Islam is that it is all encompassing of a followers life.

There life is Islam and Islam is their life.

This position is just diametrically opposed to a modern western secular state.

Either Islam has to change or Britain has to become a Muslim state.

But a key issue that Muslims wish to impose is their Sharia Law.

If it is a matter of "religion" as they claim then all they have to do is practice Sharia Law among themselves.

However, what they want is to make it "official" (legally in the UK) so that many of the "laws" in Sharia, that are in conflict with UK Law can be carried out.

It also creates a two-tier system of law and enforcement of law that conflicts with the State's Law.

Sharia law conflicts with existing State laws. If you want Sharia law, there is also enforcement of those laws which are in conflict with the laws of the State.

You cannot have a "state-within-a-state" system that Sharia law creates.

I'm not talking about banking and other harmless examples of sharia. But there is also restribution laws in Sharia that conflict with universal laws that are fairly applied to everyone.
