why are they not finishing on the velodrome?

@ashthedash1997 I'm not totally sure, but it had something to do with their race sponsor Merlin Plage (as painted on the finish line). They had something to do with real estate and were building something in Roubaix so they wanted to promote that by finishing the race there. From 1986-1988 Paris-Roubaix finished here, then back to the velodrome for 1989.
