I play a Pedulla Thunderbolt and swear it sits in a recorded track better than any other bass I've recorded. Cant' quite get that sick Jazz bass tone you have though. Makes me want to pull up some Meters and play along.

is it better for me as a bassplayer when i learn to switch my right thumb with my whole hand when i play high notes? (fingerstyle) or can i switch better when i let my thumb on the pick up, like hes doing in the video? (awesome video by the way ;)
I like this, too. Your Pedulla sound really nice and full with some nice growl too. I like that you could go from fingers to slap without having to play around with the EQ. I don't hear too much about Pedulla Raptures; however, if I were going to get one it would be definitely be a J pickup model with a maple board like yours.
Such a sweet sound...prefer it to my thunderbass!
