Most of the time we'd smoke the heads and wings and not dick around splitting it but it was interesting to watch. That man know how to drive a knife.

AWESOME, One of the best fishing clips Iv ever seen in my life. I was craving so bad for snapper when I watched this, I went and bought some fillets from local fish shop and ate it right there, right then lol. THANKS ALOT

it is not snapper but red sea bream and it is fantastic fish to eat in japan got one this year 69cm !!

lol tai is my favorite kind of fish for sushi and sashimi its so DELICIOUS :D from canada :D
