Honestly, I played a great majority of the Sonic games, from the very first ones to even Sonic 06, and the only ones I found myself 'hating' are the on-rails storybook ones that they had for the Wii. Also Shadow the Hedgehog was terrible. But '06 isn't nearly as bad as most people make it seem.

thanks for uploading this, i wish sega never backed out of hardware, maybe one day they will rise again, i loved every sonic game, even 06! i was a kid when i played them so all the glitches just felt like i wasn't playing right, which everyone should of seen, back then it felt like 06 was a fantastic game with loads of platforming, incredible speed and lots of skill required. its only when haters pointed this out it looked bad... come on sega get back to hardware!!!

But, i don't know, I really wanted to hear how and why they create the other characters like Amy, Silver or Shadow, not just sonic.

I LOVE listening to Sega staff talking about their 'battle' against Nintendo, it's such a David vs. goliath story and there’s so much fire and passion. Sega were like the rebel alliance and Nintendo the Empire, Sega came out of nowhere with some of the most risky moves the industry has ever seen and it paid off.

The brightest sparks burn the quickest, while Sega are no longer making home consoles I'll always be a fan of Sega and their FAR ahead of time approach to everything they did.

@CirxMaxer No worries, hope you enjoyed it, and yes its a shame they didn't mention the composer for Sonic 3 & Knuckles, it was one of my favorite soundtracks from the series.

@CirxMaxer That's BS. First, this documentary doesn't mention a lot of things that would have been interesting (the work of Hirokazu Yasuhara, for example).

Second, there is no conclusive proof that Michael Jackson finished any music for Sonic 3, and if he did, that it actually made it into the final game.
