@mewrth - there's next to nothing, from detroit, michigan, this was released in 1966 on fink records, ultra rare, i've only seen one copy in years of searching. song is credited to - hoppa, gazda, gazda & boehmar
amazing punk ,rockabilly had antecedents definitely. guy sounds like Jagger riffing and rapping in da sixties .And listen to d words it ain't clean.Just AMAZING!!!
Why is it that I'm a 50 year old guy still stuck in 1966? It's because it's the coolest era in rock n' roll that will never be duplicated! 60's Punk will always rule supreme! '66 Forever!
@HemiVic I"m 41 and not from tht era and I'm only discovering these myriad of bands from the 60s that I have never, ever heard of during the mid 70s, throughout the 80s, etc. and only because of Youtube. But damn, I would never, EVER, link punk rock to 60s rock. NEVER.
I absolutely agree! I'm also in your category. Believe me, there's nothing wrong with your logic. I'm 55, and "still stuck" in that era too. I guess it helps define the cool from the not-so-cool, and we still feel a need to maintain that. Our favorite music is the reference point and connection to all of that. Like re-charging your daily battery. Keep on rock'n and punk'n.
(By the way, check out the Leaves, Hey Joe and the group Love's, Seven and Seven Is.)
This is tooo good! I love looking at the old gear. Some of those old geetars, amps (especially the blonde Fenders) and tubs are worth gazillions. Nice t'see a Mosrite 7 pics in.
i'll have a look at the weekend. i used one their other tracks i like. the quality on some of the videos drop on upload, seems a bit random. i think if you dl any they play better.
The only group I've heard of: is "the Chessmen".

Thank you for posting. The list of bands was my Rosetta Stone in my search for lesser rock bands of the sixties.
Help for a list of British bands needed.
