  • Chocolate for me

  • eat more alkalizing foods and go on a detox of only astringent fruits for 20 days. eczema is caused by a backed up lymphatic system where our kidneys are not filtering properly so our lymph gets backed up and toxins come out of our skin. cure yourself from the inside out by eating 100% fruits for a long period of time and strength the kidneys and move lymph!

  • I hate watching what I eat but the information on this video is great!

Having eczema can be difficult, I know personally. For another cure check out bit . ly/q8w3A4 for the eczema cure.

please note spaces between bit . ly/q8w3A4 (do not add blank spaces)

  • I THINK what caused my flare up is overdose of cherries. Who knew??

If you have any questions regarding pompholyx eczema check out my channel.

    Best of luck

  • I have no clue what food causes flare up :( wish I did! 3 days ago my face flared up and I'm trying to think....but nothing new or different comes to mind. My face has been under control for weeks and BAM I wake up flakey and red!

  • i think for me is egg that causes the flare up of my eczema!

  • Okay so here's the list of what makes my eczema flare: Fast food, wheat, dairy, nuts, chocolate, dried fruits, sugar, caffeine

  • diary and when I eat too much protein like chicken and then combine it with nuts or beans

  • I have narrowed down my diet to certain foods, raw vegetables, lamb and sardines are the only meats I eat, I drink gallon water now.

just for kicks here are some more foods I cannot eat.

Obviously NO FAST FOOD, no pork (I GET HIVES) no beef, I haven't eaten bread in SO LONG :(. Btw I also have severe asthma and since I changed my diet my asthma has calmed down and I did not end up in the hospital this year, which is a common occurence since I was a child.

  • here's a list of what I am allergic

    Wheat

    corn

    chicken

    all dairy

    beans

    carrots

and that's just some, now if you think about it everything in our foods have wheat, (just look at the labels) I could go on about this shit, bottomline it's a hopeless battle

  • This girl claims to have eczema yet I see no hint of inflamation.

If you saw me you would see something wrong. anyway as for my eczema diet al I can say last year I weight 240 lbs now I weight 187 lbs

  • I find salty foods or heavily flavored foods irritate my skin. Alcohol is theee worrssttt out of everything tho

  • Example:You may eat a certain food in the winter and not have a flare up,but you eat that same food in the fall and you could have a very bad flare up! It takes a long time for people with eczema to figure this out! i sent you some info but i never heard from you....

  • Okay so I just finished watching your video anndd I think the foods for me are bread and junk food lol :( and yes I have a question! u had eczema on your face right so while your eczema was slowly disappearing from your face was it reaally really dry? I think I'm getting better because the refness is going away but now I'm getting extreme dryness!

  • I love that your still making videoss!

  • Oh forgot to mention, trying an anti candida diet right now so just veggies and protein to try and get my immune system back on track.

Hormones and Stress are annoying triggers as well but not diet related.

  • So glad to see you're vlogging again! Having a really horrible flareup right now.

I think my triggers are Dairy, Alcohol and Caffine. I also think I have a lot of skin sensitivity that was blocked by the steroids and antihistamines I was always on, so going to the allergist to find out for sure what to avoid, I suspect lanolin.

My coworker gave me this really nice lotion from india called aquasoft made by ajanta pharma limited. The ingredients listed are only Glycerin and Cream Base.

  • chocolate, icecream, and lollies makes me flare up really badly, when i had the biggest flareup in my life i made a food diary to see like what made me flare up and stuff and that helped - it kinda helped me find out what i can and cant eat, so yeah its like junk food for me

also, requesting an updated skincare routine - i know that when i went all natural skincare my skin improved dramatically and i know u bought like burts bees before but do u still use that? im thinking of getting it

  • I have been taking at least one pill a day since and have not had any major flare ups since. i would have minor flare ups, probably due to certain things i ate but in those cases i would just take an extra pill and it usually works! now i think i suffer more from dry skin than bother with flare ups...i hope this helps...its not a cure but for me, it definitely helps me. good luck!

  • @MissMingleMango Oh sorry i replied before reading all your post :P you already knew about the milk thistle hehe :P

  • HI! i suffer from pretty severe eczema also...i am constantly researching for solutions. a few months ago i saw a blog that talked about eczema and what causes it. basically they were saying that your liver plays a BIG part. All the toxins are stored there. maybe thats why flare ups happen after alcohol consumption. so it was saying liver detox would help and a herb that helps with liver detox is milk thistle it comes in a pill or even in liquid form. continue......

  • @MissMingleMango That's true, 2 things I take to help my liver is milk thistle supplements and dandelion tea. Google them :)

  • I realized soy milk caused my eczema to flare up so badly. So now I use rice milk.

  • @Mellybeans0919 Have you tried out milk? I think it tastes bettre than rice milk.

  • @EczemaRemedies

I can't have regular milk, it makes me sick. I like rice milk though, there is no taste to it.

  • Uhm... crap... I eat all that everyday lol. But I just got my irritating rash because I had some delicious goat cheese. Dairy really hates me and its taken me 29 years to figure it out. However the flare ups usually happen because of the cheese.

  • @rcnacura Goats milk has a lower concentration of lactose compared to cow's milk so if you're intolerant to cow's milk, goats milk shoud have less effect on your eczema

  • @EczemaRemedies I'll have to try out the goat milk. I usually always drink Soy since I know that doesn't mess with me too much. Thank you for the info, I'm just learning about all this since I now know what has been bothering me all my life.

  • dairy, strawberries, sweets, white foods, everything really.

  • Eating mangoes makes me get a bunch of blistering eczema on my lips :-(

  • spicy food! :(

  • When I was the dishes, my hands start to flare up a lot. I changed my laundry detergent last year, and my eczema cleared as well even though I still have it.

  • @iamanitaaa I always use gloves when i wash the dishes. It really helps

  • Stress makes mine flare, but I was under more stress last year then this year but different kinds of stress. When I workout and sweat my skin gets very very irritated. Also if I get overly hot temperature my Eczema will start to flare. I have been using Alba Botanicas and love it, the skin care is natural oils instead of chemicals and has done wonders.

  • this isnt really food but i recently realized my toothpaste has been irritating the eczema around my mouth. i switched to just using mouthwash and baking soda and it has totally helped!

  • alcohol, tomatoes, fried food and of course dairy

  • Not everyone with eczema has an allergy or is intolerant to dairy and wheat. People make the assumption that we're all the same but we're not.Different things triggers our eczema.I spent almost 2 months avoiding dairy and wheat and it did not make the slightest difference. I do think that packaged foods to affect my skin though.sugar and caffeine are also not good for it...BUT it does not mean that everyone else with eczema is inolerant.Keeping a food diary is the best thing to do to find out

  • yes fish but that is about it i have not found nothing else

  • Coffee makes my eczema worse. Coffee is a diuretic so it will dehydrate your body. I'm also allergic to dust and pollen which I do take medicine for and that helps prevent flare ups. I suggest that anyone who is chronically suffering from eczema to take an allergy test. Taking an allergy test can help you find out what your allergic to and from there you can take steps to prevent flare ups. And keeping a food journal is also good too.

  • @lilhiphopgirl101 what do you take if you're allergic to dust cos i think it irritates my eczema

  • @EczemaRemedies I take Allegra and Claritin. I also dust and sweep and air out my house regularly.

  • I noticed my skin got dramatically better when I tried to go gluten free. It's very difficult so I try to at least limit it. I'm allergic to grass, ragweed, and pollen and when I went to get tested through naturopathic ways it showed that my body was intolerant to almost everything related to it eg. White rice, wheat, oats. I also cannot tolerate anything spicy or not only does my eczema flare up but I also get anaphylactic reactions due to a condition called Cholinergic Urticaria.

  • Eating a lot of chocolate in once causes me eczema

  • I dramatically reduced the severity of my eczema by giving up pasteurized dairy( Raw or organic milk from grass fed cows i can have in small amounts a few times a week with no ill effect), Gluten and reducing my sugar intake by like 2/3. I also gave up grains(probably the hardest thing iv ever done because its in everything pretty much.lol) because they jack up your insulin levels which is not good for you.

With the exception of wine i find that all other alcoholic beverages make me brake out.

  • I've tried to eat no dairy, but it did'nt effect my eczema. A friend of mine said that tomatoes, peppers and chili made her ezcema flare up, and ever since I stopped eating tomatos I almost have no eczema in my face (but still on my body). I don't drink much either, but alcohol do affect my eczema as well.

  • @Babyloniasuperstar there are sooooo many things that could cause eczema flare-ups that i don't even know where to start!! whatever i stop eating my eczema never gets better! I think mine is mostly to do with stress

  • any food for acnizma

  • i don't notice when anything specific causes a flare up but i do notice that when i eat healthy i don't get any flare ups.
